Spring collet reduces labor and cost

The spring collet usually requires that the structure of all fixture structures should be able to accept all kinds of standard parts and general parts, and the proportion of creating special parts should be small, so as to reduce the amount of labor and cost. The structural performance of all kinds of special parts and equipment of spring chuck shall be easy to create and measure, and the installation and composite type shall be simple.
The adjustable structure of the spring collet always accepts the method of bolt fastening and pin position. When changing and fixing the clamp, it is easy to grind the dimension of a certain part. It can also be used to arrange and change washers between parts and equipment, change gasket or adjusting sleeve to control the setting size, compensate the error of other parts, and improve the precision of fixture. Once the setting level is processed, its position and size shall not be changed. Therefore, those surfaces or lines whose positions and dimensions have to be changed or repaired in the installation process cannot be used as the installation level.
In practice, the spring collet should always be loosened and replaced. For example, when it is used in the turning center, it can spray a layer of smoothing agent on the surface of the inner hole of the spring collet when it is loosened. If it is possible to use coolant to smooth it, it can not only wash the debris on the spring collet, but also provide a good smoothing effect. The regular wear can be reduced and the clamping force can be added by applying the modified grease at the locking angle of the spring collet. It can also make use of other very good smoothing effect data, including excellent lubricating oil or wax based data with EP (extreme load) performance.
It is very reasonable to choose the clamping diameter and length standard of the spring collet, which can ensure that the spring collet has a large clamping force, and the end of the clamping state, and then ensure the excellent machining and high precision. It is assumed that the length of the inner hole diameter of the spring collet is too large, and when the collet is closed, it is only clamped by the hole part of the spring collet.
It is very possible that the combination of the spring collet results in a geometric mismatch between the outer circle and the inner hole of the spring collet, thus reducing the clamping force. Assuming that the selection of the length of the inner hole diameter of the spring chuck is too small, when the chuck is closed, only the inner part of the inner hole of the chuck needs to be touched, then although the clamping force is increased, the state that the chuck is not coaxial with the inner part of the chuck will be synthesized. A kind of standard spring chuck can only be used for the purpose of corresponding diameter length standard.
