Recently, the handle with inner wall thickness of 10 mm has become the mainstream product, which not only ensures the clamping force, but also enhances the rigidity.

(5) run out accuracy

When improving the cutting parameters, it is easy to focus on the problem of clamping force.

Generally, we all know that in the cutting conditions, the most influential factor is the feed, but we often don't know that the most influential factor is the run out accuracy. In addition, when vibrating the knife, it is easy to think of the rigidity of the handle, but in fact, it is one of the important reasons that the part of the tool vibrates the knife due to the too high jumping accuracy of the handle.

(6) the center part and the port shall be clamped

There is a tendency to decrease the clamping force at the end of the powerful handle of the needle roller locking mode, especially when the small-diameter cutter is clamped with the straight collet jacket.

In order to solve this problem, dazhaohe thinks that it is a better plan to open a proper slit in the depth of the inner diameter of the shank. The slit can make the body part contract evenly, increase the amount of contraction, and improve the accuracy of beating. In other words, it is necessary to set a reasonable slit at the inner diameter of the strong shank to improve the clamping force, the jumping accuracy and the clamping force at the port.

(7) high durability

According to Article 3, the whole body will produce 60Ton pressure after tightening the nut. Long time use will make the needle surface wear. At this time, the life of tool holder should be considered.

The service life of the powerful milling collet chuck in the market is different, and the service life of different brands varies from 1 to 5 times, which requires users to have sufficient discrimination.
